She was predeceased by : her husband Melvin Bird; her parents, Clyde Stevenson and Fern Stevenson (Cleckner); her brothers, Wayne Stevenson, Merlyn Lee Stevenson, Leon Stevenson, Jim Stevenson and Duane Stevenson; her daughter-in-law Betty Bird; and her grandchildren, Shelly Bird and Kelly Bird.

She is survived by : her sons, Larry Bird and Gary Bird (Valorie); her siblings, John Stevenson (Phyllis), Doris Eifert, Jean Wilcox (Garry) and Vinita Ware; her sister-in-law Carolyn Stevenson; her grandchildren, Larry Gene Bird (L. G.), Michael Bird (Diana) and Crystal Hayes (Carl); her great grandchildren, Patrick Bird, Roselene Bird, Brandon Strange, Tristan Strange, Kaitlyn Hayes, Christian Bird and Elizabeth Bird; and her great great grandchildren, Noah Bird and Celeste Estes.
