He was predeceased by: his parents, Janie Belle Callaway (Bingham) and Delbert Callaway; his siblings, Ronnie Dale Callaway and Betti Sue Callaway; his nephew John Alkire; his niece Jasmine Bacon; his brother-in-law Scott Pores; and his stepfather Kenneth Moss.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Nichols (Phil), Trula Spores, Lora Dayton, Charles Kevin Callaway (Judy) and Samuel Callaway (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.
