She was predeceased by: her stepmother Patsy Evans; and her daughter Angel Dawn Shepherd. She is survived by: her husband Mike Walters; her parents, William Joseph Shepherd and Earline K. Shepherd; her children, Misti Smith, Billy Walters (Rena), Michael Shepherd, Sara Morrow, Christopher Wheeler, Shane Walters and Krissi Heard; and her siblings, Billy Shepherd, Samuel Shepherd, Tanya Shepherd, Joe and Mike Shepherd. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
