With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Alyeene Hensley of Mooreland, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2024 at the age of 96. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mildred Alyeene leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Malm and Lola Malm (Bartley); her husband Verlon D. Hensley; and her son Larry. She is survived by: her son Jack Hensley; and her grandchildren, Cody Hensley and Kristal Hensley. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mooreland Cemetery N. Main.
