He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Balk and Juanita Balk (Phillips); his sister Bernadette Davis (Balk); and his brother-in-law Phil Kenny. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda and Jennifer; his siblings, Karen Kenny, Becky Hamilton (James) and Marty Balk (Maddie); and his brother-in-law Bill Davis. He is also survived by two granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
