He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Allen Phillips and Edna Dizzney Phillips (Moore); his wife Eva Lee Phillips; his siblings, Carl, Coy Phillips, Margaret Rogers and Mary Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Bessie, Oral, Bea Phillips, Alese Salsbury (Sis), Eloise, Doris, Irene, Phyllis, Nancy Starr, Bryan Rogers, Everett Salsbury, Virgil Fussell, Warren, Leon, Marion (Buck), Theo (Pop) and Leo Brock Starr.
He is survived by: his daughters, LaNita Cole (Robert) and Connie Mahlock (Darrell) of Vian, OK; his grandchildren, Kay Lynn Cole of Tahlequah, OK, Kathy Jenkins (Kevin) of Yukon, OK, Misty Cates (Bobby) of Weatherford, OK and Kris Mahlock (Heather) of Elgin, OK; his great grandchildren, Raelynn Armstrong (Kip) of Mustang, OK, Cole Wittrock of Dallas, TX, Kennedy, Keslynn, Karter Stevenson of Yukon, OK and Karlee Cates of Weatherford, OK; his great great grandchildren, Kaliber, Riverlynn and Rossi Armstrong of Mustang, OK; his sisters-in-law, Millie Fussell of Enid, OK and Dale Starr of Antelope, CA; and his caregivers, Artist Poole and Erica Carr. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
