He is survived by: his wife Laura Eagan; his children, Rilla, Frank Tannehill, Dean, Vicki Cargill, Sue and Charles Garrett; and his sister Elvita Clark. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
