He was predeceased by: his significant other Betty Jean Polk Klein; his parents, Edward George and Lela Amanda Hughes Klein; and his siblings, Calvin Klein, Marie Graham and Clara Fawver.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Nicole Hawkins Smith; his son-in-law Joe Schantz; his brothers, Arthur Klein of Butler, OK and Griffie (Wanda Klein) of Wichita, KS; and his children, Randy (Karen) of Forney, TX, Terry (Donna) of Tulsa, OK and Belinda Sue Schantz. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
