He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Elsie Neoma Fussell (Akers); his brothers, Fred, Billy Joe and Samuel; and his daughter Shelley Ansley.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fussell (Lehr); his children, Daun Fussell-Wilkerson of Yukon, Scott Fussell of Yukon and Stacey Enterline (Laura) of Mansfield, Texas; his son-in-law Stan Ansley of Woodward; and his grandchildren, Kinzie Wilkerson, Eric Wilkerson, Lauryn Spray (Brett), Trey Enterline, Rhett Enterline, Lauren Lawton and Lauri Enterline. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
