It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lewis of Mooreland, Oklahoma, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Brewer and Martha Brewer (Harris); her son Trent Lewis; and her grandson Conner Boyd. She is survived by: her husband Geary Lewis; her children, Terry Lewis (Tessa) and Tania Boyd (Mark); her grandchildren, Mattie Lewis (Kyle McElrath), Bracen Lewis, Talia Lewis and Emily Boyd; her great grandchild Wylder Coleman; and her siblings, Doug Brewer (Tammie), Brenda Roberts, Janice Mitchell (John), Lori Van Zee, Glenda Stewart (Kevin) and Dawn Medlin (Stanley). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
