He is survived by: his mother Stacey Mapes of Mooreland; his siblings, Tyler Dunkin (Kendra) of Woodward, Kelsey Mapes of Tulsa, Christopher Parker (Katie) of Oklahoma City and Jeremy Forbes of California; his brother-in-law Braden Briggeman; his grandparents, Charolett, Ronnie Waggoner and Kay Seifert; and his nieces and nephews, Kole, Charlie, Nevaeh, Ruger, Kamren, Tomi and Cory. He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles, good friend, Braxton Styles, other relatives and many friends.
