He is survived by: his son Trey Smiley of Yukon, Oklahoma; his siblings, Tracy Smiley (Marcy) of Moore, Michael Ballard (Amy) of Fanshawe, Ryan Ballard (Marley) of Hinton, Oklahoma, Stacie Kyle of Oklahoma City, Michelle McMullen of Choctaw, Candy Wimberly (David) of Oklahoma City and Misty Melton of North Carolina; and his close friend Connie Thompson of Harrah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.
