He is survived by: his father Donald Cook; his girlfriend Shelby Clark; his children, Kiri, Atticus and Ace Clark; his brothers, Jake Cook and Caleb Cook; his nephew Grasen Cook; his aunts and uncles, Judi, Ron Hawes, Charles, Teresa Cook, Tandy Cook, Candy Carroll and Nancy Brown; his cousins, Brittney Gerfen, Wayne Hill and William Hill; and his close friends, Ricky Belongie (Stephanie), Nicole, Sophie, Chase and Michael Belongie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wesley United Methodist Church (1401 NW 25th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73106). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Park (2301 E Indian Hills Rd, Norman, OK 73071).
