He is survived by: his wife Florence Williams; his children, Kenneth Logan Hix (Ana Maria) of Katy, John Robert Hix of Moore, James Michael Hix of Moore and Michelle Elaine Hix of Moore; his grandchildren, Marianne Hix, Michael Hix, Angelica Hix, Christopher Hix, Anthony Ponce, Andrew Hix, Timothy Ellifritt, Brandon Ellifritt, Abigail Ellifritt, Tyler James Hix and Steven Marxen; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Mauree Ponce, Ariel Rose Hix, Autumn Elaine Ellifritt, Corbin Marxen and Jacob Marxen.
