He is survived by: his wife Iona Chapin; his children, Dwight Chapin (Shelia) and Sheilah Adams (Kingsley); his grandchildren, Krystal Church (Jordan), Chelsea Adkins (Justin), Colton Shaub (Riley), Kelby Adams and Kenna Adams; his great grandchildren, Winter Church and Hannah Adkins; and his sister Carolyn Ellingsen. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
