We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2024, at the age of 82, Virginia Nell Hankins of Moore, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Molton Phillips and Lillie Beatrice Phillips (McGehee); her sister Ruth Kite; her husband Carl Hankins; and her children, Tamara Hankins, Cristi Deeds (James) and Justin Hankins (Lisa).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Deeds, Alyssa Vaughn (Joshua), Kerry Peace (Ben), Katelyn Hankins and Ian Glindeman; her siblings, Hubert Phillips (Jeanne), Betty Smith (Doug) and Fonda Hays (Richard); and her brother-in-law Jack Kite. She is also survived by loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lynlee Mae Chapel (507 E Main St, Moore, OK 73160).
