She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald McGinnis and Doris McGinnis; and her husband Edward Bullard. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Bullard (Esperanza), Norman and Steven Bullard (Ina) of Little Elm, TX; her grandchildren, Joshua Bullard of Richlands, NC, Ethan Bullard of Gunter, TX, Jared Bullard of Plano, TX, Zachery Bullard of Little Elm, TX and Marissa Bullard of Little Elm, TX; her stepgrandchildren, Noemi Garcia (Norman) and Gabriel Garcia (Norman); and her brother Karl McGinnis (Bobbie Jean) of Georgetown, TX. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
