She was predeceased by: her mother Opal Juanita Cook; her husband James; her grandfather Cook; her sister Loretta Crum; and her daughter Rhonda Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Dexter Eisenman) and Kent Duvall; her son-in-law Randy Thompson; her grandchildren, Christa, Keith Morgan of Jacktown, OK, Stacy, Rich Wright of Alvin, TX, Chad, Taylir Thompson of Mustang, OK, Marla, Gene O'Fallon of Tulsa, Stockton Duvall of College Station, TX, Wyatt Duvall of Houston, TX and Grace Duvall of Edmond, OK.; her great grandchildren, Austin Morgan of Yukon, OK, Chelsea Morgan (Cail Williams) of Stillwater, OK, Caiden Cure, Huxley, Stryker Peters of Alvin, TX, Andi and Gentri Thompson of Mustang, OK.; her siblings, Jimmie (Mary), Anna Ruth (Bill Turner), Wendell Hawkins and John Wayne Hawkins of Drumright, OK; and her brother-in-law Mike Crum of Edmond, OK.. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews, Brother-in-Laws, and Sister-in-Laws.
