She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Ora Smith and Barbara Lavelle Smith (Daily); her husband Harold Ray Smith; and her sister Lana Mae Dixon. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Wayne Smith (Kathy) of Oklahoma City and Mark Allen Smith (Amy) of Blanchard; and her sister Mary Veitenheimer (Urban) of Windthorst, Texas.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
