He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Clark; his children, Russell Clark (Tabitha), Michael Clark (Mandi), Lori Fitzgerald (Brian) and Tracie Wolfe (Kyle); his grandchildren, Ryan Clark, Lanie Wolfe, Jacob Clark, Kelsi Fitzgerald, Dayton Wolfe, Brice Fitzgerald, Denver Wolfe, Brayden Clark, Kylie Clark, Turner Clark, Samantha Clark, Victor Clark and Victoria Clark; his siblings, Dwight Clark (Tracie), David Clark (Dixie) and Shannon Cusack (Ronnie); and his siblings-in-law, Cliff Marical (Debbie), Linda Shelton (William) and Sherri Brandon (Gary). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
