He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Blevens and Lela Blevens; his sons, Tony and Danny Blevens; and his siblings, Laveta, Murlee and Billy Joe.
He is survived by: his former spouse Othilla Heartsill; his wife Evelyn Blevens; his sister Shirley Wilson; his daughter-in-law Nell Blevens; and his grandchildren, Miquel Cullop, Donnie, James and Cody Blevens. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, as well as great-great grandchildren.
