She was predeceased by: her father James T. Horn. She is survived by: her mother Billie Jo Horn; her husband Bill; her sons, Adam (Angie) and Patrick (Cristin); her grandson Caleb Atkins; and her great grandchildren, Montana and Jones of Indiana.
