She is survived by: her husband James Clark of Edmond, OK; her children, Amy Blevins of Crystal Lake, IL, Joshua Blevins of Grand Junction, CO and Jacklyn Shulic of Gilbert, AZ.; her grandsons, Hunter Blevins of Colorado Springs, CO, Ayden Blevins of Grand Junction, CO and Alexander James Shulik of Gilbert, AZ.; and her siblings, Elaine Jones of Edmond, OK and Scott Wallace.
