She was predeceased by: her mother Lillie Thompson; her siblings, Beatrice, Robert, Lester, Eddie Belle, Bessie, Reeder, Maceo, Velma, Ozell, Evelina and Susie (James); her grandson Oster; and her great grandchild Jourdan Woolridge.

She is survived by: her husband James Wallace; her children, Ruby Faye, Donald (Georgia), Annette (Billy) and Armetta; and her grandchildren, Robert, DeAndrea, Cornell (Candace), Donald Jr. (Alfreada), Rachel (Morris), Robyn (Steven) and Amber. She is also survived by her 14 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests plants. Monetary donations in her memory should be made to the following organizations: Arlington Life Shelter and the Wounded Warrior Project, which are organizations Ms. Wallace felt strongly about.
