She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Filmore Farrington and Mabel Van Etten Farrington; her sons, Billy, Stephen and Gregory; her brothers, Kirk and Leslie; her former husband William Porter Polk; and her grandson John.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy (Michael) and Toby (Ryan); her siblings, Bois, Dewey, Leatha (Robert) and Gayle; her daughters-in-law, Kathy and Christina; her grandchildren, Nick, Kaci (Daniel), Kiley, Bradley (Timon), Sean, Nicole (Kyle) and Brianna (Rob); and her great grandchild Margaret Polk. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren; and her dear friend and stepmother.
