He is survived by: his daughters, Mistie Duncan (David), Michelle Kuykendall (Mark Brashear) and Mari Spurlin (Dale); his grandchildren, Sadie Duncan, Shayla Kuykendall, Riley Kuykendall, William Millet, Marina Millet, Kian Spurlin and Cadon Spurlin; his great grandchild Karsyn Fennell; and his siblings, Gary Kuykendall, Nancy Lynch, Johnny Potter (Connie) and Holly Blair. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other extended family and friends.
