She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Blakesley and Hazel Blakesley (Phyllis); her brothers, Hugh and Charles Blakesley; her stepsons, Gene and David Marical; and her sons-in-law, Keith McSwain and Scott Middleton.
She is survived by: her sisters, Pamela Kay and Phyllis Lynn; her friend Lyn; her daughters, Pamela McSwain and Phyllis Middleton; her friend Tracy Spurgeon; her grandchildren, Kresha Meek (Kerr), John Lyles, Lori and Brandon McSwain (Randi); her great grandchildren, Jordan Pryor, Kaylee Pryor-Lyles, Haley Drake, Mackenzie Drake, Brylea McSwain and Brydon McSwain; and her friend Diana Posey.
