He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Whitson and Peggy Whitson (Jodie). He is survived by: his wife Susan Wiliams; his children, Nicholas Whitson and Dusty Whitson; his stepson Chad D. Henry (Chad D. Henry Jr.); and his uncle Johnny (Carol Whitson). He is also survived by cousins, and an aunt.
