He is survived by: his stepchildren, Reginald Mark of Oklahoma City and Tereasa Darlene of Edmond; his wife Patsy Ann of Oklahoma City; his grandson Cale; his daughter-in-law Patricia; his grandchild-in-law Jude; his grandson Nyle (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Kylie and Kairi of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
