He is survived by: his mother Vilma Baker (Mesheimer); his wife Donna Baker; his children, Nathan Daub (Kaycie), Jeremiah Baker (Hailey), Lacey Giles (Steven), David Scott Daub (Melinda), Jenifer Plowick (Dustin) and Jenny Daub; his grandchildren, Ethan Daub, Easton Daub, Ean Daub, Emma Daub, Mason Baker, Brooklyn Baker, Elizabeth Baker, Holden Giles, Hazel Giles, David Gregory Daub, Weston Daub, Bentley Daub and Brooklynn Bachman; his great grandchild Alaya; his mother-in-law Edwina Davis; his sister Debra Willoughby; his brother-in-law Kerry; his brother Gregory Baker; and his sister-in-law Lisa.
