He is survived by: his father Paul J. Mullins; his stepmother Marilynn Mullins of Moore; his uncle William "Bill" Ensey of Midwest City, Oklahoma; his aunts, Susan Ensey of Midwest City, Lois Mullins of McAlester, Dorothy Mullins of McAlester, Marzell Dunn of Poteau and Ella Butler of Mulberry, Arkansas; and his stepbrothers, Gary Goodwin of Wetumka and Terry Goodwin. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family members, and friends.
