She was predeceased by : her parents, Arlie Stamper and Dorothy Stamper (Huffman); her brother Daryl Stamper; and her brother-in-law Douglas Suggs. She is survived by : her husband Robert Howard; her children, Candy Stephens (Tommy), Robert Howard Jr. (Terrie), Mellissa Webster (JR) and Holly Howard; her grandchildren, Cortney Chemah, Monica Howard, Kailee Howard, Tommy Stephens, Sarina Stephens, Trinity Stephens, Audrey Webster, Hayden Webster, Luke Kimmel and Brooke Kimmel; her great grandchildren, Annalita and Ezariah Correll; and her siblings, Donald Stamper, Alice Suggs and Charlotte Weir (Wayne).

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Highland Baptist Church (2425 SE 4th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73160).
