It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Schemmel (Moore, Oklahoma), born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Motsinger and Heloise L. Motsinger; her son Samuel; her brother Thomas; and her grandson Matthew.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Randy; her grandson Matt; her husband Gene Schemmel; her children, Julia Ann Jones (Randall) and Michael Schemmel of Delaware, Ohio; and her sister Patricia Kinninger (Thomas) of Sidney, Ohio.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
