He is survived by: his parents, Joe Bob Blake and Christine Kay Blake (Smith); his wife Kelcee Blake; his children, Logan Spear, Wyatt Blake and Kambree Blake; his siblings, Lindsay, Lauren Blake and Cody Hames; his nieces, Kayden and Kamryn Mappes; and his grandparents, Delora Ann Blake and Johnny Smith. He is also survived by other loving family members and a multitude friends.
