He is survived by: his children, Brayden Judkins and Brooklyn Underwood (Hutch); the mother of his children Kellye Cravens Judkins; his granddaughters, Kampbell Underwood and Karsyn Underwood; his siblings, Joel Judkins (Tami), Tell Judkins and Sherri Hulbert (Shayne); and his nieces and nephews, Cortney Hughes, Lindsey Hulbert, Jared Hulbert, Dalton Judkins and Jaxon Judkins.
