He is survived by: his mother Judy Irene Spivey (Renfro) of Eufaula, OK; his wife Debi Spivey of Moore, OK; his daughters, Chelsea Peters (Derrick) of Hinton, OK and Hunter Spivey (Constance); his stepdaughter Amber Franke (Coltan) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Hadley and Hayes Peters of Hinton, OK; his sisters, Paula Cox of Oklahoma City, OK, Tracie Sherman (Mark) of Cushing, OK and Nancy Wiles (Billy) of Hinton, OK; and his nephew Tyler Priddy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
