He was predeceased by: his parents, O. B. Cowherd and Alta June Mannon Cowherd. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Jason Williams and Staci Williams; his grandchildren, Gavin Zajis, Madison, Jacob, Jaxson Soucie, Tyler and Alex Williams; his siblings, Linda (Jimmy Westfall), Brenda (Steve Borth) and Steve (Tracy Cowherd); and his aunt Phylis Anderson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews as well as many friends and family.
