She is survived by: her parents, Michael Carter and Candice Carter of Moore; her children, Krystalyn Carter, Ashley Carter and Ashtyn Carter; her aunts, Linda Hamrick of Midwest City and Chyrole Lashbrook of Midwest City; and her siblings, Angela Ketch of Moore, Robert Carter of Norman and Kristi Carter of Norman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jennie also won awards from the Bella Foundation for her help in rescuing and fostering unwanted animals.
