He is survived by: his former wife Sarah Cissna; his wife Joyce Ann (Otte); his children, Rick (Janell), Jeff (Angie), Mike (Becky), Tammie (Larry), Mary (Rocky) and Stephanie (Michael); and his siblings, Margie, Fred and Ida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, along with numerous friends.
