She was predeceased by: her parents, A. T. Smith and Synthia Smith (Arnold); her former husband Leon Mahan; her husband Don Macklin; her son Randy Mahan; and her grandson Brandon.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Doshier; her son-in-law Jerry of Pauls Valley; her grandchildren, Billy, Ashlea, Adam and Cody; and her great grandchildren, Kaylea, Brayden, Lilli and Riley.
