He is survived by: his wife Shannon Horner; his stepmother Carol Horner; his children, Blake Shelton (Heather), Justin Taylor (Rachael), Britnie Horner and Nicole Horner; his siblings, Richie Shelton (Mike), Kent Kelly (Stephanie) and Derrick Kelly (Kassie); and his grandchildren, Jacelyn, Jaxxon, Tucker, Rayleigh, Xander, Kash and Beau.
