He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Wayne Wynn and Mary Evelyn Wynn (McIntosh); and his wife Wilma Jean Wynn. He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Edwards; his children, Laura Jernigan (Lance), Daniel Wynn and Lisa Atkison (Brian); his grandchild Aubrey Jernigan (Patrick Sullivan); his children, Jesse Jernigan, Elizabeth, Sean, Bruce Atkison and Brendan Wynn; and his sisters, Karen Urbach, Becky Dell (Tom), Ginger Robinson (Terry) and Debbie Hansen (Marty). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
