He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Wingo and Roxie Wingo (Rapp); his sister Jorene Sherburne; and his nephew Chuck Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Sunnye Wingo; his children, Robin Long (Jon) and Steve Wingo (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Heather Burks (Christian), Brooke Litten (Brandon), Weston Wingo and Holden Wingo; his great grandchild Heidi Burks; and his sister Donaleta Stewart (Bill). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
