She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Lambert and Shirley Lambert; and her sister-in-law Jan Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Harry R. Schafer; her children, Michelle Stephens (Don) and Kristen Ballesteros (Josh); her grandchildren, Devon Stephens (Cady), Nathan Stephens, Emily Ballesteros and Brock Ballesteros; and her siblings, Gail Braisted (Keith) and Kent Lambert. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Moore Baptist Church (301 NE 27th St, Moore, OK 73160).
