He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Russell Booth and Marilee Booth (Taylor); and his brother Steven James Booth. He is survived by: his former wife Vicki Whitehead; his children, Dennis Gene Booth Jr., Angela Renee Mowles (Brian) and Murray Ray Andrew Booth; his grandchildren, Luke Evan Mowles and Hannah Rose Mowles; and his sister Sandra Booth.
