He was predeceased by: his sisters, Cheryl Lynn and Carole Gwyn; his parents, Herman Leon Moomey and Martha Mae Moomey (Hopkins); his brother Roy Leon Moomey; his wife Vicky Lynn Moomey (Johnson) of March; his niece Tami; his nephew Terry David; and his sister-in-law Donna.
He is survived by: his nephews, Michael Paul (Diane), Mikayla, Devin, Dutton and Madison Motley Nash (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Kristen "Krissy" Zerger-Siekel (Paul), Rick Johnson and Danny Johnson; and also Barbara. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
