He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah George Vance and Bessie Jewel Vance (Davis); his wife Linda Vance; his son Billy Vance; and his sister Opal Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, David Vance (Sheralyn) and Sherry Rayburn (Ricky); his grandchildren, Brittney Korstjens (Alex), Cody Vance, Dena Rayburn, Michael Rayburn and Jessica Rayburn; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, David Jr., Dakota, Daniel and Destiny; and his pets, Gizmo, Coco and Pebbles.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at the Moore Cemetery (800 SW 4th St, Moore, OK 73160).
