He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Buvil and Clessie West; his siblings, Argie West, Wyman West (Ruby) and Cleta Woods (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Francis Bowman and Elizabeth Ann Tallchief.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Bowman; and his son Keith West. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, extended family, and countless friends.
