Though Betty Rae may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty Rae touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Osborne and Myrtle Osborne. She is survived by: her brother Jimmy Osborne of Colorado Springs; her daughter Shelley; her son-in-law Steve Shoreland of Blanchard; her son Robert Wilkins; and her grandson Michael Wilkins of Oklahoma City.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at 400 SE 19th St, Moore, OK 73160. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
