She was predeceased by: her parents, Belinda Lee Wright Polk and Clarence Crisp Polk; and her brothers, Aaron Hacker, Clarence Jr. and Benny Polk.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Nicole Hawkins Smith; her son-in-law Joe Schantz; her husband Elmer Lee; and her children, Randy (Karen) of Forney, TX, Terry (Donna) of Tulsa, OK and Belinda Sue Schantz. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
